The Resort
This exciting all-ages resort consists of 10 tiny homes and 290 RV spaces in an access-controlled RV resort with full water and sewer connections, stable fiber internet, and electricity hookups. Large drive lanes allow for easy maneuvering. Select spaces will feature full pad coverage for your valuable assets.
The resort features a clubhouse and many other common area amenities including a fitness center, a business center, free-play arcade, a resident lounge and community kitchen and two laundry rooms. Outdoor amenities include a pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, two outdoor pavilions with BBQ pits, pet park, rental storage units, and RV storage. Other amenities include golf cart rentals, propane fill station and reserved parking spaces – both regular and oversized. Over the past few months, we have upgraded many of the common area amenities including the clubhouse, fitness center, playground, beer garden, storage facilities, and expanded the size of the RV sites
Location
Jetstream RV Resort – Tropical Trails is well-located along Hwy 550, just 17 miles from the SpaceX Starbase and South Padre Island, 7 miles from Brownsville/Matamoros access point, and 5 miles from Downtown Brownsville. The City of Brownsville features incredible hiking and biking trails, a thriving culinary scene, year-round events, and historical landmarks and culture. We are just 24 miles from the Boca Chica Beaches and excellent fishing along the Gulf of Mexico.

Jetstream RV Resort – Tropical Trail’s cancellation policy is related the time frame between the cancellation date your anticipated arrival date, regardless of when the reservation was made. Please understand we do not give refunds for situations beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, illness), however, we can issue a credit per the cancellation guidelines below.
A reservation cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrive date will receive a full refund.
A reservation cancelled 29-11 days prior to arrival date will be charged 1 day ($50) fee.
A reservation cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date will receive no refund or credit.
No-shows will receive no refund or credit
No refunds or credits for early departure
